- Access stock take function.
- Search & select item manually.
- Add item quantity and save.
- Toast message pop-up (Insert Successfully).
- After stock take, upload data back to backend (AutoCount System) to make an adjustment.
- Select upload > stock count > upload.
- After uploading, data will be showing in AutoCount System and generate stock adjustment automatically after validation.
- Download data from backend (AutoCount System).
- Access stock take function.
- Scan item barcode.
- Add item quantity.
- Save.
- Toast message pop-up (Insert Successfully).
- Upload data back to backend to make an adjustment.
- Select upload > stock count > upload.
- After uploading, data will be showing in AutoCount System and generate stock adjustment automatically after validation.
- Download data from backend (AutoCount System).
- Access stock inquiry.
- Search for item.
- View item description.
- View Stock balance by location. If you have multiple outlets, you can sync all the data and see all the balance quantity by location.
- View customer history price.
- Download data from backend (AutoCount System).
- Access stock inquiry.
- Scan barcode by using camera.
- View item description & image.
- View stock balance by location.

- Click print button at the right above of list of invoice page.
- Confirm the printing.
- Waiting for the receipt print out.
- Check the invoice receipt details.
- Download PO from AutoCount backend.
- Verify the stock amount and stock type by using scan function or manual key in.
- Check the result of the stock.
- According to the result, decide to save, abort or save with remark.
- Sync the data back to AutoCount backend.

- If NO item replacement required, no action required.
